The 1st Young Scholars Conference was organized by the Department of Political Science at the University of Dhaka on 27 February 2024. Undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD students presented their papers at this conference. The Honorable Vice-Chancellor of the University of Dhaka, Prof. Dr. A. S. M. Maksud Kamal sir, was the chief guest in the closing session. The Eight papers were presented in three working sessions. Kazi Mohammad Mahbobor Rahman (Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Dhaka) was the moderator for this conference on Bangladesh: Politics, Geopolitics, and Environment. It is an excellent initiative to motivate the students of our department.
